I was playing on the phone and I closed the app and set my phone down. A couple hours later I logged back into the app and my money was gone from my account. I was winning quite frequently and I only had started with a 10$ deposit and worked all the way up to 205.87. once I was ready to cash out I contacted the account that had deposited the money for me via Facebook where they reached me at and they wouldn’t tell me how to cash out or answer any other questions I had. All they keep doing is. Asking me if I want to play. Which is really getting in my nerves since they stole my money the first time I try to play on the platform. Really need some help here please. I don’t know what to do. Losing my mind because I had plans with that money.

He claimed to have no control of it. There are thousands of these agents working everyday, getting people to play, taking people’s money, and when someone wins, they don’t pay. When they notice that you’re winning too much, they’ll suspend your account or they’ll steal money from it while you’re playing. My agent was supposed to cash me out 301.00 and took it off the game. Then they claimed it wasn’t ever on there for me to cash out.

The company playjuwa is a complete rip off. They have no trouble taking your money instantly to play, but on the backside it sometimes takes hours for you to get your credit back on your account if you have to win and if you happen to win too much money then they just wipe it out and throw a little piece off and tell you *** yourself. I sent money to have loaded to my account. As I type this complaint; my monies still have not been loaded. Customers SHOULD NOT have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for this to happen, especially if the gaming group is open 24 hours! Then one of the workers was rude as *** talking about I told you. I deposited $20, lost, deposited another $20, lost, and then I deposited $10 and won $1531.31. The platform Playjuwa told me their company policy was to payout no more than $200 on a $10 deposit, which I deposit all the time. This particular $10 happened to be my last deposit, out of $1531, and roughly $270 was a jackpot. So how could that make any sense? If this isn’t corrected, I’ll make sure I go on social media and blast it to everybody. I can talk to you about how unfair it is. I know you guys do not operate this way, but these guys are working for you, and one of my friends too; I play online and if I’m not going to get paid, you guys will have to do something to rectify it. Reach out to the platform and find out why they made that decision, because I’m sure you paid them. They just kept the money.
