Managed to get some winning but actually, the overall experience is awful, a nightmare! Customer service is useless, better to put there some Bots instead.

One of the worse casino for new players. They took all my money and than blocked me forever because I asked them that your service cheated me.

Not replying to my emails! OMG this has to be the worst customer support I have ever seen! I have been trying to email here for a week about a withdrawal I HAVENT received but they have not replied ! Helppp

Very bad service I can say.. I deposited money 10 hours ago using smart EFT and it hasn’t reflected in my account.. When I ask for help nobody responds… Emails they only say we will look into it but nothing so far.. Live chat I was attended by one guy who asked me to produce a bank statement to show that funds are deducted from my account.. Yet in the transaction history it shows that I’ve made a deposit and the money is still pending…. Their service is so bad and they are not willing to help… I’m new and I’m already frustrated.

Worst site EVER. they take your money but won’t honour the new customer bonus and when you ask live chat customer service they don’t answer your question at all for ages and eventually say well you are not eligible to receive the bonus that they said would give but you arent sanctioned so can still deposit again!!! Absolute robbing site and cheaters and rude. Don’t give them a chance to cheat you too.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone because should you have a problem you should know that they in no way value or treat their customers with any respect.
